Ireland Wall Art

Ireland Wall Art

Ireland wall art ranges across the island, from the Cliffs of Moher, Kylemore Abbey, Kilkenny Castle and the Dark Hedges to Dublin and Belfast city maps and the skylines of Belfast and Cork. Many titles name sunset, dusk or twilight, from sea cliffs to city rivers.

Irish Castles And Ruins, From Kilkenny To Dunluce

Pick a castle by its city: Kilkenny Castle Stormy Sky and Kilkenny Castle are in Kilkenny, King John's Castle at Sunset is in Limerick, Blackrock Castle at Sunset is in Cork, and Historic Malahide Castle sits near Dublin. For ruins, look at Rock of Cashel Ruins or Dunluce Castle Ruins. Dunluce Castle Ruins has a Panoramic version, a long, low shape for the wall above a bed or sideboard. The castle wall art collection reaches well beyond Ireland.

Sea Cliffs And Rocky Shore From Clare To Waterford

The coast here runs from sea cliffs in County Clare to a rocky shore in County Waterford. Cliffs of Moher Sea Stack at Sunset, Cliffs of Moher Sea Stack, Cliffs of Moher at Sunset and Cliffs of Moher, Lahinch Ireland differ in what the title names: the sea stack, the sunset or Lahinch. Tramore Rocky Coast Sunset is the Waterford piece, one for a hallway or stair landing. Find the Clare pieces together in the Cliffs of Moher wall art collection.

Lakes For A Bedroom: Kylemore, Glendalough And Killarney

For a bedroom, start with the lake titles: one lake picture above the bed keeps the wall simple. Kylemore Abbey Lakeside Castle, Kylemore Abbey, Connemara and Kylemore Abbey Reflection name the same abbey, so pick the word you like. Glendalough Upper Lake at Dusk is in County Wicklow, Lough Leane Rowboats at Dusk is at Killarney in County Kerry, and both have Square versions for a short wall beside a window. Irish Lake Reflection names no place, so pick it when no county matters to you.

Skylines And Riverbanks In Belfast, Cork, Limerick And Dublin

These titles name the hour: Belfast Blue Hour Skyline, Cork Sunset Skyline and Limerick Riverside at Dusk. If your family comes from one of those cities, that title is the easy living room choice. River Liffey at Dusk, Grattan Bridge Twilight and Ha'penny Bridge stay on the Liffey through Dublin, so pick the view you know. The Dublin wall art collection gathers the Dublin pieces, and the city skyline wall art collection covers many other cities.

Ireland Map Wall Art Means City Maps Of Dublin And Belfast

The maps in this collection show cities, not the whole island. Dublin Street Grid Map and Dublin Map with Architectural Silhouettes cover the same city in two ways, a street grid and architectural silhouettes. Choose Dublin City Map or Belfast City Map by the city you know, and hang either in a study or hallway. Other cities are in the city map wall art collection.

Ireland Landscape Wall Art: Roads, Countryside And Northern Ireland

Ireland landscape wall art here reaches Northern Ireland, Connemara and County Donegal. Dark Hedges Pathway has a Portrait version, a tall shape for a narrow hallway wall. Mount Errigal Road names Mount Errigal in County Donegal. Connemara Countryside shares its region with Kylemore Abbey, Connemara, so the two sit well in one room. The Dark Hedges pieces, Dunluce Castle Ruins and the Belfast pieces are Northern Ireland wall art in this collection.

Ireland Wall Decor For A Living Room, Hallway Or Study

Match Ireland wall decor to the furniture below at two thirds to three quarters of its width. Above a 72 inch living room sideboard, a long, low 48 x 16 inch piece covers about 67 percent. A 50 inch hallway console takes a 36 x 36 inch piece at about 72 percent. Try Kilkenny Castle Stormy Sky in the living room, Dark Hedges Pathway in the hallway and Dublin Street Grid Map in the study.

Large Irish Wall Art For A Wide Wall

Large Irish wall art needs a wall with room on both sides. An 80 inch sofa takes a 54 x 36 inch piece at about 68 percent, and a 68 inch console takes a 48 x 48 inch piece at about 71 percent. A large wall takes one piece that names one clear place, such as Kylemore Abbey Lakeside Castle. Choose Framed Print for large framed wall art: the picture sits behind a white mat inside a frame.

How Each Piece Is Made

Ireland canvas wall art is printed after you order it, on museum-quality canvas with archival inks over a solid wooden inner frame. Canvas and framed pieces arrive ready to hang, while a Poster Print arrives unframed, usually at the lowest starting price. Delivery takes 8 to 10 business days from the day you order, shipping is free, and you have 30 days from delivery to return a piece.

Common Questions

What are some Irish decorating ideas?

Start with one place that matters to you, such as the county your family comes from, and let that single scene lead the wall. Repeat one color from the picture in a cushion or a throw. Place a bench or a reading chair beneath it, and keep the space around it plain.

Is this traditional Irish art?

No. The pieces here are pictures of places and scenes, plus city maps, not crafts or folk designs. Many titles name the exact place, such as a lake or a bridge, so you can scan the page for the one you want.

How high should I hang Ireland wall art?

Hang the middle of the piece 57 to 60 inches above the floor. Over a sofa, sideboard or console, leave 6 to 8 inches between the furniture and the bottom edge of the picture. Closer looks crowded, and higher leaves the picture floating away from the furniture.

What sizes does Ireland wall art come in?

Sizes start at 8 x 8 inches and reach 48 x 48 inches. Wide pieces run from 12 x 8 up to 60 x 40, long, low ones go up to 60 x 20, and tall ones go up to 30 x 60. Each size is priced on its product page before you add a piece to your cart.

Can I give Ireland wall art as a gift?

Yes, a piece makes a simple gift. Order at least two weeks before the date you need it, since each piece is printed after you order. Shipping is free, and returns run 30 days from delivery, which leaves time to check the size on the wall.
